Asseco SEE is looking for Legal Advisor whose responsibility is to ensure that the corporate activities are in line with the applicable laws and to prevent any legal implication or consequence Asseco SEE might have.

Legal Advisor

Location: Asseco SEE HQ, ul. Branickiego 13, 02-972 Warszawa

Why is the job exciting? As Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing legal advisory services on legal matters to ensure that the corporate activities of the companies from the Group are in line with the Group standards and the applicable laws
  • Advising HR on labour law
  • Formulating, providing, advising and/or reviewing and archiving all kinds of legal documentation including corporate documents, Group policies, PoAs, agreements, statements, applications; ensuring they are in accordance with respective legal and company’s provisions
  • Answering legal questions from employees at different levels within the organization
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Providing support in Merger&Acquisition processes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience as in-house lawyer or at Law Office
  • Master degree from law school
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish language
  • Advanced knowledge of English language including legal English (contracts drafting, negotiations)
  • Practical knowledge of civil law, corporate law, intellectual property law, labour law
  • Experience in IT sector related projects/negotiations would be an advantage
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Strong drive to achieve the best results against internal or external standards of excellence
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex laws into understandable actions
